just bought a drumset on 8th March but only had the time & effort to fix it yesterday! Clearing my room at the same time.
The whole operation of setting up is quite tedious as the drumkit was in bits and pieces that came in 2 huge boxes, took alot of time and patience! Oh wells, all was paid off after seeing how nice my drumkit is! LOL! On top of this ABC-mat where toddlers play, i used it for cheap soundproofing!
Came back from 49iven band practice not long ago and it was quite fruitful and we have this certain level of rapport with one another which works out great during the whole 2hrs jammin'! And all of their skills have improved alot! Especially Mark and David's, kudos to both of them!
Oh yah! We're gonna jam this saturday in a very SPECIAL & HOMELY studio! AND It's my very own room! I'm gonna be the best host to them! It's my pleasure to be able to serve my band! Oh God, bless me with the spirit of hospitality which I'm lacking in!

I got an "A" for my Final Year Project! PRAISE BE TO GOD! All glory to Him and Him alone!
The reason why I'm so hyped up over this is, getting "A" for FYP is like getting straight "A"s for 5 modules and it does so much help to my overall GPA scoring! Thank God!
If you guys can recall, I did podcasting (e.g.: Mr Brown Show) on the studies of my course and thanks so much for all of you who have helped me out with the lengthy yet witty interviews on my course.
FYP isn't a piece of cake for me, my lecturer-cum-supervisor was rather demanding and harsh, but it has moulded me to become a better worker and I'll say, it's all worth it!
And thanks so much to my FYP pals: Shadiq, Swee Lin & Kia Fang! Without the banter and laughter we "added" during FYP, it would be such a painful experience. Staring at the computer from 8.30am till 6pm every weekdays for 3 long months, daily routines after routines, it's hard not to get zombified!
I miss those times...
